The Simple Truth

Many people start the new year with good intentions and a master plan to achieve their respective health and fitness goals. Now you're a month in, things are getting hard, you've realised that the results you may have seen on T.V or in magazines are a warped truth and that this is a longer and harder road than you had thought. Now is the time to stay true to your plans as you are already a month better off than you were and than you inevitably will be next January if you give up now.
