The importance of your diet can not be overstated when it comes to achieving your fitness and lifestyle goals. We offer a variety of services to help you eat and drink to perform and achieve. These vary from Body composition analysis, food diary checks and advice through to comprehensive diet and lifestyle plans. If you want to lose fat, get stronger or feel fitter, nutrition is a major factor.
Prices vary depending on the Nutritional Advice service you require.

POWERLIFTING CLUB

Functional Fitness Powerlifting Club has trained numerous champions and complete beginners alike. We offer strength and performance sessions on a Monday and Wednesday from 6:00-7:00pm.
If you are interested in developing strength for any reason this could be the place for you to
train with like minded people.
